Design of a Decade 1986/1996 is Janet's first greatest hits album. The international release includes two more tracks, "Whoops Now" and a remix version of "The Best Things in Life Are Free" with Luther Vandross. In this edition, many of the tracks are shortened, unlike the US standard edition which has the full lengths of the songs.
